LEAD DESIGNER, PRODUCT OWNER

As Just Cause 4 came to a close, I was offered the role of Lead Designer and Product Owner for one of

Just Cause 4's DLC, Los Demonios. At that point the project was nothing more than an image.

With a team of around 55 people in total, and a timeline of 10 months I was first responsible for coming up with the vision for the project and then pitch it to the publisher.

When the project was greenlit, my responsibilities evolved into spearheading early design, leading world- and level design, as well as maintaining final creative-say throughout all of development.

Being the lead of such a big team with so many different disciplines gave me an incredible 360 of game development and all its' unique, but crucial components.

 

No other experience has made me grow more, professionally as well as personally.

Having dealt with many different kinds of leads before being one myself is what led me to prioritize being supportive and help my developers make the best game they can, and want to do.

 

No satisfaction has ever been bigger than when you see your team become a thriving, well-oiled machine.
